Very entertaining game for the most part! Around 6 gold coins is when I got bored. I still have a bunch of upgrades locked but am unsure how to unlock them.

This is a very promising concept! I had lots of fun.

is there some sort of endgame?i currently have four locked upgrades and i dont konw how/when to unlocked them.maybe i just need to wait very long time?

my favorite part is when the audio breaks

Really needs some sort of incremental mechanic. Resetting the whole thing, but giving you bonuses. Also having requirements displayed for unlocking upgrades would be nice. Other than that, just having more upgrades. Like different kinds of helpers, or making helpers cheaper to buy and an upgrade that allows for higher max of helpers. Stuff like that. Just making the game less clicking on coins and more on upgrades as you get closer to late game.

something i noticed was when you click it has a radius, it goes past the top of the cursor and the sides, thats expected, but it doesnt go past the bottom, even if it's right above it and just barely not touching

not sure if its a bug with the placement or not, just wanted to say.

fun game though!

edit: okay this is definitely a bug, i went from 900 and then immediately to 10000 completely skipped 1000

great game. i hate when these games don't run in the background though. i never close incremental games, ever. offline stuff is pointless to me.. except that they don't run in the background which i get is probably a browser or godot issue.

Oh, and how about this: Bigger Helper. It's like helper and can flip over any coin in its path, but moves very slowly

(+1)

I'd like that, too. But how about the bigger helper has a Hammer and slams it on the floor to flip every coin in an AoE that can be upgraded?

Could use more varied upgrade mechanics like coin crits (it lands on the side) or weighted coin (more chance for heads) or click radius bonus, and perhaps a visual feedback at where you clicked so you can gauge the radius of flip from clicking

sounds are so bad when there are so many coins flipping at such high speeds

(+1)

i think being able to flip the coin in a certain direction based on where you click the coin would add an additional skill element. For example, clicking the bottom left of the coin flips it towards the top right

Fun game! Love the animations and graphics. If I'd change anything, it would be adding a visual effect when shockwave activates (either particles or a visual change to copper coins?) and smarter coin choosing for the little guys (it was a bit frustrating trying to increase my $/sec when my helpers were making eachother redundant). Also full stats for that adds up my upgrades, ie exactly what percentage bonus I get from x amount of "hard worker" upgrades.

nice art style, nice sense of progression. Lots of potential. Would like if the progression continued when the game window wasn't active on screen (like when I scrolled down to write this comment) :)

Great concept and nicely done!

Windows version is running nice, taking ~600mb RAM with almost every upgrade maxed.

I'd add some tab, page or whatever to know how much money I get from each coin and stuff like that.

Also, here's some upgrade ideas: bigger click or hover area, better odds to land on tails, increased shockwave area.

And maybe adding spells, random or with cooldown. Like having a shockwave with your cursor, increasing money earned for a limited time, or doing some gravity vortex so you can click a lot of coins at the same time.

the money bugs sometimes where it turns to $1000s after $90s instead of $100s

(+1)(-1)

I downloaded the Windows version and ran it locally.

I've got 20 Helpers, 9 Gold coins, 14 silver coins and 35 copper coins and 6.4m banked. I'm currently getting about 0.5 frames per second and it's utilising 7.7GB of RAM which is constantly increasing (memory leak potentially?) and 7.9% of my CPU (AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D).

Fun game! Just wanted to give some performance feedback.

Ouh ... yea, that is chunky. I'll take a closer look at that, thank you! Just to make sure it a memory leak, does the RAM utilization remain after restarting the game and go back up? Or does it immediatly hit that spike?
Feel free to join the discord and throw me your savefile so I can take a better look at it. But this helps already, thanks!

At first, I thought copper alchemy is multiplicative. Just saying, but it's better to state if a percentage upgrade is multiplicative, since it's an incremental game.

And as many had requested, the requirement for upgrades.

Over all though, amazing game with a great vibe! Hoping for more content!

(1 edit)

I really do not get the math behind copper alchemy...
Edit: Nvm: X + (X*0,2)*y while X is copper value and y is alchemy upgrrades... I would think by the text it was X*1,2^y

(+3)

You need 30 same coins for later ups, bronse costs ~10k at this level

(+4)

you should add a platinum coin, like in terraria

(+6)

I really do like the game concept, it does feel addictive to me.

I would like some kind of statistic for the game as well as a identicator how many money I currenctly make per second. Also maybe if you toss the face a lot maybe this will give you something?

Right now it’s not clear to me what I need to do to get new upgrades, there are some hidden but I do now know if I need to buy some specific upgrade or get a amount n of coins bought to progress here.

(+3)

needs heads and tails count for each coin

(+12)

Like the game, but I wish there was a tooltip that told me what I had to do to unlock the next upgrades. Got stuck after Muscle. A few more ideas:
- More types of coins
- Stat Screen
- An upgrade for making the helpers smarter, prioritizing higher value coins
- Shockwave area upgrade

(+5)(-1)

It would be good to have helpers for each type of coin, so that when the player buys a gold coin, they know that it will automatically be flipped with some frequency.

(+4)(-1)

Addictive game, It would be nice to be able to sell my copper coins for silvers coins an so on, in that way people can get ride off smaller coins an be able to get better coins. So you can create an infinitve types of better coins diamond coins, esmerald coins etc

(+10)(-1)

I had a such a fun while playing but couldn't see what are the last upgrades. They are pretty hard to obtain.

(+5)(-1)

This is why I hate when the games hide the upgrades behind ?? - you can't even tell how to unlock them

(+3)

Fun little game!

Any thoughts on adding an info panel with a rolling average $/s, possibly broken down by each coin type?

(2 edits)

An information panel would be a good idea, thanks.

banger. could do with some audio controls but otherwise very engaging for an idle game. could see future upgrades to maybe change the table itself? like decreasing in size so there's less chance for coins to get far away, or special zones where value is increased if they land in them? a lot of opportunity for growth in the best way imo.

(+1)

Those are some really solid ideas, thanks!
