From Game Maker to Godot


Hey there! I am greenpixels and welcome to the fifth devlog of ComCreatures.

What have I worked on?

The game COMPLETLY changed. I reworked the whole look and extremely changed up the combat to move away from that pokemon-feel. Instead of being a turn-based combat system it's now a dodge-and-punch combat system. You dodge enemy projectiles and use the delay to strike a chance to punch.

Also, the visuals of the game have completly changed by upping the resolutions.


I also moved away from Game Maker and started developing the project in Godot.

What's next?

For now the goal is to rewrite the whole game in Godot. Feel free to join the discord.
